Discover support available in your local community
WORCESTERSHIRE County Council is reminded residents they can use the Community Services Directory to help find local support, activities and community services.
Bringing together hundreds of organisations, groups and services from across the county, the online directory is a one-stop resource for health and wellbeing support, community activities, volunteering opportunities and much more.
Designed to help people stay informed, independent and connected, the directory makes it quick and easy to discover what’s available locally, whether that’s finding practical support, joining a social group, or accessing services that can improve health and wellbeing.
Coun Josh Robinson, Worcestershire County Council’s cabinet member for environment and communities, said: “The Community Services Directory is a fantastic way of connecting people with the support, services and opportunities available across Worcestershire.
“It helps residents discover what is happening in their local area and access the help they may need.
“I would encourage everyone to explore it, share it with others, and encourage local groups and organisations to register so that even more people can benefit from what’s on offer.”
