FOOTBALL – Redditch United confirm pre-season schedule ahead of 2026/27 season

REDDITCH United have finalised their pre-season schedule ahead of the start of the 2026/27 season.

The Reds will play nine friendly games in a packed pre-season programme for Mike Fowler’s side.

Redditch begin pre-season with a home game against Chasetown on Saturday, July 4 with kick-off at 1pm at the Valley Stadium.

The Reds then travel to Evesham United on Tuesday, July 7 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium.

Another away trip follows with Redditch to play Long Eaton United on Saturday, July 11 with kick-off at 3pm at Grange Park.

United then make the short trip to Sporting Club Inkberrow on Tuesday, July 14 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Sands Road.

Redditch will then travel to Wales to play top-flight side Flint Town United on Saturday, July 18 with kick-off at 1pm at the Essity Stadium.

A fifth successive away game follows with United to travel to Gornal Athletic on Tuesday, July 21 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Garden Walk.

The Reds return home to host Loughborough Students on Saturday, July 25 with kick-off at 3pm at the Valley.

Redditch then host Coventry United on Monday, July 27 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Valley.

And United finish pre-season with a home game against National League side Forest Green Rovers on Saturday, August 1 with kick-off at 3pm at the Valley.

Redditch saw a friendly game against Kidderminster Harriers cancelled with the club to refund supporters who had already purchased tickets for the match.
