Alcester sees launch of nutrition and wellness practice
A NEW health and wellbeing business focused on personalised nutrition therapy, lifestyle support, and holistic wellness was launched at Alcester Food Festival last Saturday (May 16).
The venture, Vitalise Nutrition and Wellness, offers one-to-one nutrition consultations, wellness coaching, and tailored health programmes designed to support people with a variety of health goals.
Headed by Lise Evans, a registered nutritional therapist and massage practitioner, the business was created following Lise’s lifelong interest in nutrition as well as a response to growing public interest in preventative health and personalised wellness solutions.

“More people are recognising the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing,” said Lise, who comes from Alcester.
“My goal is to provide practical, sustainable support that empowers individuals to make informed choices and feel healthier in their everyday lives.”
The business combines nutritional therapy with a wider wellness approach, incorporating areas such as sleep support, stress management, mindful living, and healthy habit development.
“Nutrition should never feel overwhelming,” added Lise, who qualified with the College of Naturopathic Nutrition.
“Small, realistic changes can really make a significant difference over time, and I aim to help people build healthier lifestyles in a supportive and achievable way.”

Supported conditions include digestive health, stress reduction, hormonal balance, improved energy, and overall wellbeing.
As part of the launch, Lise is doing a free introductory talk titled Health is Your Wealth, at Church House, Alcester, on June 11 at 7pm.
